Sudoku Puzzle
Privacy Policy

TechnoBevy · Effective date: 10 October 2026 · Last updated: 29 October 2026

In short: Sudoku Puzzle is a number puzzle game that works offline. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and it does not ask for any personal details. Your puzzles and game progress stay on your device. The app does not connect to the internet, so it does not collect or share any information about you.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy describes how the Sudoku Puzzle app for Android (package com.technobevy.sudoku), listed on Google Play as Sudoku Classic: Offline Puzzle, handles information. The app is developed and published by TechnoBevy ("we", "us").

This policy applies only to Sudoku Puzzle. Other TechnoBevy apps have their own privacy policies. When you find, download or update the app on Google Play, Google processes information under Google’s privacy policy.

2. Information we do not collect

Sudoku Puzzle:

  • has no accounts, sign-in or user profiles;
  • does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, age or any other personal details;
  • does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calls;
  • has no chat, messaging or sharing with other people;
  • shows no advertising and contains no advertising software;
  • contains no analytics or crash-reporting software, and does not use the advertising ID;
  • does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions; and
  • does not connect to the internet or to any server operated by TechnoBevy or anyone else.

3. Information stored only on your device

The app keeps the following in its private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Stored itemWhy
The puzzles and puzzle folders, including any you add or importSo you can choose and play puzzles
Your progress on each puzzle: the numbers and notes you have entered, the time played, and when you last playedSo you can continue a puzzle where you left off and see which puzzles you have solved
Notes you add to a puzzle in the puzzle listSo you can see them next to the puzzle
Your choices in the app, such as the puzzle list filter, the input method you last used and which tips you have already seenSo the app remembers your choices

4. Importing puzzles

If you open a Sudoku puzzle file (.sudoku or .sdm) with the app, or another app on your device sends puzzles to it, the app reads the puzzles and saves them on your device as a new folder. It reads only the puzzles you chose to open, and does not send them anywhere.

The Privacy policy item in the app’s menu opens this page in your web browser. Your browser handles that visit under its own privacy policy. The app has no other links.

6. Device permissions

The app does not ask for any device permissions. It does not have the internet permission or access to your files. It declares one internal Android permission, added by Google’s Android support libraries, that is used only for communication within the app itself and gives no access to your data.

7. How long information is kept, and how to delete it

Your puzzles and progress are kept on your device until you delete them. You can delete or reset a single puzzle from the puzzle list, or remove everything by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up your puzzles and progress to your Google account and restore them when you reinstall the app; Google handles these backups under its own privacy policy, and we cannot see them.

The app has no accounts, so there is no account to delete.

8. Children

Sudoku Puzzle is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, and is not directed to children under 13. The app collects no personal information from anyone. If you have a question about a child’s use of the app, please contact us (section 12).

9. Security

Your puzzles and progress are kept in the app’s private storage, which Android isolates from other apps. The app does not send any information over the internet.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Because the app does not send us personal information, we hold none about you, and everything the app stores can be managed on your device (section 7). For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

11. Changes to this policy

If the way Sudoku Puzzle handles information changes, we will update this policy before or at the same time as the change, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
